Aggressive Grinding’s goal is to continue to be a world class dock to stock supplier to our customers. At the same time, we take the responsibility of supplying you with an unquestionable product with the shortest lead time in the industry. We believe this will help us both secure business well into the future.

With 75 employees working three shifts, we are committed to improving quality and productivity. As part of Aggressive Grinding’s effort to lead the industry, we examined every machine and process in our facility and implemented the 5S Process.

The 5S Program’s goal is to improve productivity and quality. The program provides a series of steps and procedures for individuals and teams to arrange work areas in the best manner to optimize performance, comfort, safety and cleanliness.
