The Centerless Grinding department contains a total of seven centerless grinding machines, including two new Supertec ST-2008s. Three are used for roughing and have 150 grit grinding wheels. Three are used for finishes of 10 to 6 micro with 500 grit wheels. The final centerless grinder is setup with a 12 micron wheel for polishing to a 2-4 micro finish. Standard delivery is 1 to 3 days with rush orders having a same day delivery when possible. Included in this department are two new Automatic Cut-off Machines.
