Electronic Discharge Machine or EDM is a machining process that uses a series of electric discharges to erode or cut material from a workpiece. Our four new AgieCharmilles Fl 440 ccS Wire EDMs allow us to cut shapes, forms, extrusion dies, blanking punches and much more. With the addition of MasterCAM software we have the ability to machine complex, precision parts utilizing its programming capabilities.

The performance of EDM equipment is extremely high: high cutting speeds, highly efficient automation, interlinking and storage of very long and recurring machining cycles.
