Our Inspection department is structured to provide our customers complete assurance that the parts we grind meet their specifications.
We utilize a wide range of inspection equipment including state-of-the-art devices. 

Visual Inspection System
This machine is designed to perform visual dimensional inspections of single parts as well as the staging of multiple ones with tolerances to 0.0001"  The system is capable of printing SPC reports and generating photographs.

Coordinate Measuring Machine
One is used for inspection only. It is a manual machine but it also offers the ability to generate printed dimensional information. An upgrade to ANSTAT software has been implemented to permit SPC reporting. The other one is used for the in-process inspection of parts in process on the shop floor.

Laser Micrometers
Our laser micrometers are used for extremely close tolerance dimensional checks.  They are accurate to one ten millionths of an inch (0.000010).

Our Quality Department has also experienced some changes. This includes adding five new OGP comparators giving us one for each cell. Our RAM optical system is programmed to inspect all dimensions on your nozzles in the final inspection process. We have implemented and trained all of our employees on SPC charting and the valuable use of this tool.

We are also in the process of adding a new method of gaging threads called System 22. These gages are used in the automotive and aerospace industries, where high volume and quality are needed.
